Crunchy mille-feuilles

Ingredients:

Phyllo dough (or fillo - can be found in frozen section)

1 Vanilla Bean Petit Pot

Raspberries

Powdered sugar

Preparation: 25 mins.

Cooking time: 15 mins.

Serves: 2.

    Create 3 rectangles from your phyllo pastry, with 3-4 layers of dough per rectangle.

    Brush each layer with melted butter and sprinkle a little powdered sugar on the top layer.

    Bake them in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at 450F until golden brown. Once they cool down, take one rectangle, spread some Vanilla Bean Petit Pot on top of it and place a few raspberries. The raspberries should be face down.

    Put another rectangle of phyllo dough on top of the raspberries. Spread some Vanilla Bean Petit Pot on it and place some raspberries. Put the last phyllo dough rectangle on top, and spread a little bit more of Vanilla Bean Petit Pot. Enjoy your quick magique French dessert right away!
