Our family is Norwegian American, and rice pudding is part of our cultural heritage.
We usually make baked rice pudding, but this is incredibly delicious and has me trying more recipes made in the saucepan.
Great for dessert or even for breakfast. Far better
than any other store bought rice pudding and better than many homemade ones! Very rare to say that.

I love this rice pudding! It’s seriously an addiction now. My wife has to cut me off and I only get one pint a month. It’s creamy and velvety smooth with just enough texture with the rice.
