Chocolate fudge cake a la mode

Ingredients:

8 tablespoons of salted butter

½ cup dark chocolate for baking

½ cup chocolate hazelnut spread

2 eggs

¼ cup all purpose flour

1 Dark Chocolate Petit Pot

1 Vanilla Bean Petit Pot

 

Preparation: 10 mins.

Cooking: 35 mins.

Serves: 10.

    Melt the chocolate, butter and spread in a saucepan on low heat.

    Add 2 eggs and Dark Chocolate Petit Pot and combine well with a whisk.

    Pour the mixture into a bowl. Sift the flour and combine everything together.

    Line parchment paper in a 6” cake mold and bake for 35 minutes at 250F.

    Let it cool down before serving with Vanilla Bean Petit Pot on top!
