Rice pudding family size - Hawaiian twist
Ingredients:
1 Petit Pot rice pudding pint
4 empty jars or ramekins
4 bananas sliced crosswise
3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 coconut cream
1/4 pineapple juice
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Preparation: 20mins.
Cooking time: 15mins.
Serves: 4.

In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.

Add brown sugar; cook, stirring occasionally until brown sugar melts.

Stir in pineapple juice and coconut cream.

Cook, stirring occasionally until mixture starts to thicken.

Stir in bananas and cinnamon.

Cook, stirring occasionally, until bananas start to soften and caramelize.

Spoon rice pudding into serving bowls. Top it with the Hawaiian-inspired banana mixture.
