Our pro tip for a perfect Crème Brûlée
Cooking time: 20 sec.
Take the sugar packet out of your Petit Pot creme brulee 2pk.
Place parchment paper on a baking tray.
Spread the sugar in a small circle on the parchment paper. Keep it even for a perfect crust.
Set the oven broiler to high and put the tray inside. Watch closely as the sugar melts into golden caramel. It only takes a few seconds.
Take the tray out and wait for about 1 to 2 minutes for the caramel to thicken and cool down a bit.
Carefully lift the caramelized sugar crust from the parchment paper and gently put it on top of your crème brûlée.
Grab a spoon, crack through the caramel crust, and savor the delightful crème brûlée.
